Zuzula is a music site that features downloadable mp3s for sale from a
variety of vibrant, current artists.

How do I go about finding
artists I might like?
There are several ways to find music you might like on Zuzula. You can
search by artist name, by song title, or by genre if there's a particular
style of music you like. You can find out more in our Listener Quickstart. Also, be sure to try our randomizer button - its' a great way
to find new, interesting artists and bands!

What do I do once
I've found music tracks that I like?
The music on Zuzula.com is sold on a per track basis, with most songs
selling for $.99. When you find tracks you like, place and check next
to them, then hit "Add To Cart". Once you've filled your shopping cart
and are ready to check out, you'll need to create a listener account (which
includes your billing information). After that, you just need to download
your purchases and you're ready to go! Please be aware that we do have
a 4 song minimum purchase, but you're going want more than four songs
anyway, so that shouldn't be a problem. For more information, be sure

What format are the
downloadable files in?
All the files from Zuzula are mp3 files, personally encoded by each individual
artist. You should be able to use any files from our site directly with
your mp3 player software or music devices.

How can I be informed
if an artist I like uploads new music?
As long as you're signed into your account,
there will be a checkbox on each artist's page that allows you to sign
up for an Artist Alert from that artist. When you sign up for an Artist
Alert, the next time that artist uploads new material you'll get an email.
Be assured that you won't get bombarded with with additional email for
signing up for Artist Alerts, just a gentle reminder of new stuff. It's
that simple. Plus, you can manage all your Artist Alerts in one central
place in My Account.

What do the artists
get out of this?
Zuzula artists get 50.5% of any purchase you make. That's a far better
rate than they'll get almost anywhere else. For comparison sake, a recent
article in Business 2.0 says that the average artist cut from an online
download is 12%.

What if I have problems
downloading the files I've purchased?
Any download problems should be addressed to techsupport@zuzula.com.
We will usually get back to you within 24 hours (business days), and will
work closely with you to find a satisfying solution to your problem.

What browsers will
work best with Zuzula.com?
On a Mac, we support Internet Explorer 5, Netscape 7 and Safari . On a
PC, we support Internet Explorer 6 and Netscape 7. Browsers we didn't
check but should work fine include Internet Explorer 4 on Mac and Internet
Explorer 5 on PC, plus Netscape 4 on both Mac and PC.
